On the horizon...week of January 2nd - January 8th 2012

Just a little reminder of what will be going on at AboutBeverages.com for the week of January 2nd - January 8th 2012.  We begin the new year here at the website with what we do best, a podcast.  On Tuesday we will have a "Give It A Shot" featuring the Perseverance Ale from Alaskan Brewing.  It's a Russian Imperial Stout brewed to celebrate their 25th anniversary.  It uses Alaska Birch Syrup, Fireweed Honey, and a touch of their alder-smoked malt.  That same smoked malt can also be found in their Smoked Porter which we have tasted in the past.  Podcast can be found here.  Make sure you're following us on twitter for all of our other beverage tastings and info.  Click the link here to get to our twitter page.  Also don't forget to check out our channel on youtube.
