The show today makes us take a ride in the "way back machine" as we try the Saranac Black Forest. It's a Bavarian black beer or Schwarzbier that can be difficult if not near impossible to find in the Southwest, but those of you on the East coast I'm sure are quite familiar. Why are we in the "way back machine"? We recorded this podcast over six months ago and due to seasonals and just a myriad of other topical things it got placed on the back burner. Somehow now with fall upon us and winter approaching, a beer called Black Forest seems even more appropriate.
